Privacy Policy

• We use your documents only to convert them. Nothing more.
• We delete your uploaded files within 24 hours.
• We never use your data to train AI.
• We never sell your data.

When you upload a bank statement, invoice, or receipt, the file is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to extract the data and return it to you. They are contractually barred from training on your data — it is used to convert your document and nothing else.

• Your uploaded file is deleted within 24 hours of processing. We don't keep your source documents.
• Your converted output (the CSV/Excel) is kept for 90 days so you can re-download it, then automatically deleted. Export anything you want to keep.
• You can delete a conversion and its files instantly from your account at any time.

To run, secure, and improve the service, we keep anonymized operational metrics — how many conversions ran, error rates, processing speed, and basic web analytics (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location). These contain none of your document content.

We also store an anonymized usage key — a one-way hash of your account or network identifier — so we can enforce fair-use limits. It can't be traced back to identify you.

We never use your documents, or anything extracted from them, to train AI or improve our models. Your files are used to convert them, and nothing else.

AI conversion costs us real money per document. The free tier and per-account limits exist to prevent abuse of the API and keep the service sustainable — not to harvest your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

If your PDF is password-protected, the password you enter is used only in memory to open the file for that single conversion. It is never stored.

We protect your documents in transit and at rest with industry-standard encryption, and we delete uploaded files within 24 hours as described above. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. We provide the service on a reasonable-efforts basis without warranty of any kind — see our Terms of Service.

You can request deletion of your account and associated anonymized usage records at any time by contacting us. Because the analytics data is anonymized and contains none of your financial values, there is nothing in it that personally identifies you.
